1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WPAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

WPAI provides AI-powered content generation tools for WordPress websites. The service is provided "as is" with limits depending on the chosen subscription plan.

3. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are charged monthly. Limits accumulate and carry over month-to-month while the subscription is active. Unused limits expire 3 months after subscription termination if not renewed. Payments are processed securely through WebPay.by.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use WPAI to generate spam, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been used. Contact support at support@wpai.by.

6. Limitation of Liability

WPAI is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the past 30 days.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
